Meet Erin.

Work is where we build confidence, receive feedback, navigate relationships, and spend much of our lives. Yet many of the expectations that shape our experience are never explicitly taught.

Erin B. Wilkins is a speaker and professional development leader exploring how people experience the modern workplace. Drawing on years of experience designing learning and leadership initiatives for professionals at every stage of their careers, she helps make the unwritten expectations of the workplace more visible, understandable, and actionable.
